Mini Company · Ballet Level 2
Two ballet classes a week, plus Stretch & Strength and Jazz, and a one-hour company class. For dancers who are starting to perform while they continue on the academy track.

PDA’s company path exists to make well-rounded dancers with a solid foundation in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and character. Mini, Petite, Junior, and Senior companies vary by age and skill. Pre-professional work is a further commitment, by audition only. Required classes are taken at Plainfield Dance Academy.
Company
Mini through Senior
The company gives academy dancers regional and national performance work. Coaches set goals around talent, commitment, discipline, and team spirit. Decisions on solos, duos, trios, and ensemble rest with Mr. Altin and Miss Olena.
Petite
Petite Company · Ballet Level 3
Three days of instructional work: three ballet classes a week, pre-pointe or variation, character, and contemporary, plus a one-hour company class.
Junior
Junior Company · Ballet Level 4–5
Three days of instructional work: three or four ballet classes a week, conditioning, contemporary, and character, plus a one-hour company class.
Senior
Senior Company · Ballet Level 6
Five days of instructional work: five or six ballet classes a week, pointe and variation, conditioning, contemporary, character, and jazz, plus two one-hour company classes.
By audition
Pre-professional
Pre-professional classes run two to two-and-a-half hours and meet four or more days a week. Two levels are offered, Intermediate and Advanced. Placement follows previous experience and an audition evaluation. The program is for students seeking a professional career in ballet or dance, or for those who wish to compete, and is designed to add substantial technical hours plus the individual attention the artistry requires.

Audition and placement
Call the studio. Company and pre-professional placement is arranged through the studio. Register and the PDA Portal handle the term once placement is set.
